As Requested (excerpt of my Nano story): Truths or Dares

This is for all who wanted to read a smiche of my story I wrote for Nano. This might get a little long... XD

[Chapter One]

Dare to be truthful? Or be true to be daring?

Truthseekers are unlikeable people in this world. But they hold a likeableness only to themselves. They are at many the people in this world who you never knew existed. The wallflowers, outcasts, never even spoke a word when they were in class. You don't even know their name but they've been in your class for half the year already. And, somehow, you just know they were "smart" to the bone. They hold true to their title and their class is extraordinary to the skull of their brains that each answer holds a question. And each unknown question, holds a key to the unknown answer in the vast galaxy.
They are my enemies.
Darers keen to the fact that they are rebels. They fight, they will punch you, and they are noticeable as well as unnoticeable. They might as well be the bully or the "out there" kind of people. They are the people who are the smart-ass who are actually dumb, the flashy, the remembered, the clown, the one going against everything right. They will even go through promising danger just for pure adrenaline thrill.
I am one.

[Chapter Two]
The Past.

Book Titles Fetish

So, I haz a slightly weird fetish. I love good book titles. While some like ze covers or whas not. I like ze titles. Cause ze titles can be aww-sam.

Okay, back to english. I was trying for Italian or whatever the heck I was going for, but you can tell that didn't work out. XD Anyways, my horrible intro has passed (because I am very awkward at intros XD).

These are some of my favorite titles and they can speak for themselves. Whoo! ^^

Nanowrimo - An Interview with the Ranterer (by Bun)

An Intro on Bun:

Hi, I'm Bun, I usually lie down at the bottom of the Ranterer's posts, like on book reviews I hang down there, or when she's done writing a post, she would stick me down there next to her name. So, since she's got no one else, I'm interviewing her, don't expect unicorns like me to be all cheerful, I just like acting cute.

And don't expect me to be lured by--Ooo! CANDY!!! AND IT'S IN RAINBOW COLORS!!!
Delaney: Didn't you see that?! I WON!!! Woo-hoo, I can't believe it, I STILL CAN'T!!!
Bun: Yeah, congrats. I can't believe you called me to interview you.
Delaney: Thank you! There are so many people who encouraged me throughout the whoooole way.
Bun: Oh, here we go again. [eye roll]
Delaney: There's my older sister. There's Fari, my goodreads friend, who was in Nano as well.  Clara from Read 'n' Write who stopped me from quitting and also was participating. Lottie at La Lovely story reviews. Jane at The Perks of Being a Bookworm. And--
Bun: Okay, yeah, I get it, and I think those reading this get it that you couldn't do this without a lot of support.
Delaney: I object! I could have but their motivation kept me going! Oh, yeah, and Grace at The Humble Watermelon. [smiles at me (Bun)]
Bun: So what am I supposed to ask you?
Delaney: Aren't unicorns suposed to be cheerful?
Bun: That makes it so that Easter Bunnies have to have chocolate eggs and Santa has to be fat.

Quoting for the Love of "Quotes"

Before I start with the quotes that I've picked out (and, yes, there are still many out there in the world, duh) Clara over at Read 'n' Write does wonderful quotes I think every Wednesday? Correct me if I'm wrong or something. So I copied the idea of doing one post of quotes (which, I know, is a bad idea).

Manga: Bleach

by Tite Kubo
Status: ONGOING!!!!
Others: ze anime. (to watch soon)
Bleach follows the adventures of Ichigo Kurosaki after he obtains the powers of a Soul Reaper —a death personification similar to the Grim Reaper—from another Soul Reaper, Rukia Kuchiki. His newfound powers force him to take on the duties of defending humans from evil spirits and guiding departed souls to the afterlife. What the Bleach manga attracted us is not the novel lot, but the interpretation about the fate of Ichigo Kurosaki, a young who stay with the sad memories. The Bleach tried to outline the story out with a lot of memories and dialogues, slowly but implicative.

Nanowrimo Newby

The crazy literature month of fanacticing of 50, 000
words all in the matter of one month.
If you suddenly stalk my blog this close and you see my post already, then that means something.... And, well, if you don't then I'm saying that it's the eve of Nanowrimo and around 3 more hours until it actually starts and I just decided in doing it this year a few minutes ago.

I have never done this before but I've heard it, so I'm actually feeling pretty pumped and excited since it's my first time!

And I do love to write but I never manage to, so it's a great exercise for me. :)

If you've joined, have fun! And if you don't then I'll try to keep of posts (and of school reading) and an update here and there on what I'm writing of.

Wish me some luck! ^^

Food Love: Cotton Candy

Remember those childhood memories when you went to a carnival or a fair and you saw this bag with a stick coming out of it with fluffy pink and blue colors and it looked just like a gigantic cotton on a stick?

Then you went and asked your parents if you can have one. Obviously they didn't know that you didn't know what it was. But when you got a hold of it, it was so fluffy. It was cotton! But you can eat it?

Remember that first daring piece popped in your mouth, and then it just dissolved. Where did it go? You just kept on eating it and eating it until it was gone and you wanted another but you couldn't because you're parents said it was bad for you.

Remember that memory? Of soft clouds that you can eat? Of different colors and different flavors and the wonders of how they made it.

Yup, oh Cotton Candy.

Another one please, sir!

Format: Hardcover
Year pub: 2012
Publisher: Poppy
Fourteen-year-old Kentucky girl Ricki Jo Winstead, who would prefer to be called Ericka, thank you very much, is eager to shed her farmer's daughter roots and become part of the popular crowd at her small town high school. She trades her Bible for Seventeen magazine, buys new "sophisticated" clothes and somehow manages to secure a tenuous spot at the cool kids table. She's on top of the world, even though her best friend and the boy next door Luke says he misses "plain old Ricki Jo."

Caught between being a country girl and wannabe country club girl, Ricki Jo begins to forget who she truly is: someone who doesn't care what people think and who wouldn't let a good-looking guy walk all over her. It takes a serious incident out on Luke's farm for Ricki Jo to realize that being a true friend is more important than being popular.

Erika is so wonderful, and guess what, girl, I love your group! I don't know about you but her group (Addicted to YA) is fabulous.

Sydney, I seriously just love how we love the same books and you're my blogging friend. Oh, yes, you're awesome and deserve gush-worthy paragraphs like this one. ;)

Yadie yadie ya, Delaney. Yes, okay, I will get to the facts/rules now. :)
